We’re a team of developers, and it’s second nature for us to whip up a solution with some coding. But what about folks who aren’t developers or don’t have one in their corner? They could get trapped in a monotonous cycle of tedious tasks, shuffling data around, and missing out on doing things that really matter.

What you’ll do

You’ll work on product areas that are essential for how users and teams operate within the platform – focusing on users, organizations, teams, and the relationships between them. You’ll contribute to identity, authentication, and authorization flows, including both traditional login and SSO. Your work will shape how users are created, assigned roles, and granted access.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency across distributed environments – keeping data in sync between our central system and remote zones. You’ll also help shape and maintain the REST API that connects different parts of the platform and external tools.

What it means in practice:

• Becoming a part of a cross-functional product team.
• Designing and building features around user roles, permissions, and authentication workflows.
• Developing and maintaining SSO and traditional login mechanisms, as well as user provisioning flows.
• Maintaining and evolving the platform’s public REST API.
• Ensuring synchronization between HQ and distributed zones.
• Improving maintainability, performance, security, and reliability of the systems you own.
• Writing automated tests (unit, integration, contract, …).
• Deploying code to production and taking care of it in operation (monitoring, alerting, debugging).
• Collaborating on technical designs, writing and reviewing documentation and RFCs.
• Helping others grow and learning along the way.
• And yes – having fun while doing all of the above :)

What we expect from you

You have experience building and maintaining microservices, understand the demands of running a service in production, and know how to ensure its health. You can contribute to both the back-end and front-end of our app stack, even if you have a preference for one. You are familiar with common software and microservice design patterns and have applied them in your work. You produce readable, well-documented, and tested code. Specifically, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing cloud services (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript on back-end or front-end
• Experience with Docker, software containerization and microservices architectures are more than welcome
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Angular and other particular technologies from our stack is beneficial
• You get AI. You’re already using it daily to move faster and build better, whether you're designing a system, writing code, or shipping features.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent command of English – verbal & written (we’re an international team)
