Revenue Operations Manager

Madrid, Spain

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

The Team

The Revenue Operations team is a core, strategic function within our global Revenue Organization, working side-by-side with our Account Management, Presales, and Value Engineering teams. Our department's mission is to create an AI-led, highly efficient revenue team that maximizes revenue and minimizes administrative overhead, through both process improvement and sales skill development. This role reports to the Global Director of Revenue Enablement and will be a key player in executing this mission.

The Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in the Celonis office in Madrid. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who excels at both identifying and solving revenue-generating challenges. You will be responsible for owning critical revenue initiatives from end-to-end: from analyzing data and surfacing insights to leadership, to designing and deploying the operational improvements that help our sales teams win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional revenue initiatives from initial concept and analysis through to deployment, adoption, and results measurement.
  • Dive deep into sales data (using Salesforce, Sigma, Snowflake, and other tools) to report on pipeline health, identify gaps in performance, and surface opportunities for revenue acceleration to leadership.
  • Proactively gather qualitative and quantitative feedback by listening to sales calls, interviewing front-line sellers (BDRs, AMs, VEs), and analyzing performance reports to understand the "why" behind the data.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the BDR, AM, and VE teams, designing and implementing operational improvements, enablement programs, and process changes that drive efficiency and better outcomes.
  • Own the full lifecycle of your initiatives, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Success is measured by full adoption and tangible business results, not just project launch.
  • Continuously monitor and iterate on deployed initiatives, gathering feedback to ensure they remain effective and are driving the intended revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis, combined with strong hands-on experience with BI platforms (we use Sigma).
  • Familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack and data infrastructure, such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo (or other enrichment tools), compensation tools, and Snowflake databases.
  • Deep business acumen with the ability to move beyond what the data says to why it matters, identifying the right KPIs to measure and grow revenue.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, either as a former Account Executive or Sales Manager, OR extensive experience directly supporting sales teams with operational and enablement improvements that demonstrably drove results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives, showing strong leadership and program management skills.
  • An analytical and investigative mindset, comfortable combining data analysis with qualitative feedback (e.g., call listening, seller interviews) to uncover root-cause problems.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; you build trust and are motivated to drive initiatives to full adoption and success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Must be based in Madrid and able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
