Revenue Operations Manager

Madrid, Spain

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

The Team

The Revenue Operations team is a core, strategic function within our global Revenue Organization, working side-by-side with our Account Management (AM), Presales, and Value Engineering (VE) teams. Our mission is to create an AI-led, highly efficient revenue team that maximizes revenue and minimizes administrative overhead through both process improvement and sales skill development. This role reports to the Global Director of Revenue Enablement.

The Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager who acts as a strategic performance partner to our Account Management (Land and Expand) organization. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who excels at identifying and solving revenue-generating challenges. Unlike traditional RevOps roles that focus solely on data, you will be the primary operational partner for our "Land and Expand" motion. You will own critical initiatives from end-to-end: from analyzing data to surfacing insights, to designing the tactical sales improvements that help our AMs win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the "Chief of Staff" to the Account Management leadership, identifying gaps in the land and expand sales cycles, and deploying solutions to accelerate revenue.
  • Deeply analyze sales data (Salesforce, Salesloft, Sigma, Snowflake) to report on pipeline health and identify performance gaps.
  • Move beyond "the what" to "the why" by proactively listening to sales calls and interviewing front-line sellers to uncover the root cause of performance issues.
  • Design and implement operational improvements and enablement programs that ensure sales tactics are adopted in the field.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through to deployment and adoption. Success is measured by tangible business results, not just project launch.
  • Design and lead the "Operating Rhythm" for the AM organization, ensuring pipeline reviews and performance sinks are strategic and results-oriented.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations + experience as a former Account Executive or Sales Manager. You must understand the nuances of a complex B2B sale.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis, combined with hands-on experience with BI platforms like Sigma.
  • Experience with the modern GTM stack, including Salesloft, Snowflake, Clay and automation tools.
  • Comfortable combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative feedback (call listening, seller interviews) to solve problems.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills; you build trust with senior leadership and are motivated to drive initiatives to full adoption.
  • Must be based in Madrid and able to commute to the office 2 days per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
