Your Mission
As the Executive Assistant, you will plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO’s priorities are met and organizational goals are achieved. Your daily impact will include:
- Strategic Coordination: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize sensitive matters, and coordinate communications for team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and stakeholder engagements (including agendas and minutes).
- Operational Excellence: Provide administrative support (mails, invoices), maintain confidentiality, and ensure high-quality systems and operations.
- Travel Management: Book domestic and international travel, manage costs, and maintain accurate records.
- Office & Culture: Work closely with Office Managers to care for our offices and refreshments.
- Adaptability: Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO and always have a back-up plan ready.
Who You Are
We are looking for a flexible team player who is unafraid of challenges. The ideal candidate possesses:

Proven Experience: You have experience as an Executive Assistant or in relevant administrative support, preferably within a SaaS company.

Tech Savvy: You have an in-depth understanding of G Suite, Slack, and Zoom. Experience with Spendesk, Airtable, and Confluence is a major plus
- Communication: You have professional-level verbal and written skills in English. Good Czech and German skills are very welcome.

Organization: You possess excellent calendar management skills and can coordinate sophisticated meetings and multiple concurrent projects.
