Channel Partner Manager

We are seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Channel Partnerships Manager to own and accelerate our strategic channel partnerships. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on structure, strategy, and execution. You will work with partners Monday.com and AWS, you will create and own a GTM strategy, co-sell with these partners, and turn them into systematic revenue channels.
You won't just manage relationships; you will define the GTM strategy, orchestrate complex co-sell motions, and bridge the gap between technical capability and commercial success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Planning and GTM: Own the Joint Business Plan, development, and GTM for channel partners. You will define GTM strategy, pipeline generation programs, enablement, and marketing campaigns.
- Co-sell Pipeline & Revenue: Drive the development of partner-sourced co-sell pipeline and ARR.
- Co-Sell Execution: collaborate with Channel Account Managers to facilitate day-to-day deal execution.
- Enablement: Design and deliver programmatic enablement (webinars, workshops, training sessions) for partner sales teams to increase their knowledge about Make, ability to spot opportunities, and co-sell.
- Partner Recruitment: Work with Solution Partner Managers, recruit and onboard new Solution Partners (SIs/Agencies) from within the Channel ecosystems to expand our delivery capacity.
- Marketing Alignment: Work with the Partner Marketing team to execute demand generation campaigns, events (e.g., partner summits), and "better together" case studies.
- Relationship Orchestration & Territory Management: Act as a central connector within the Monday.com ecosystem by establishing trust across all stakeholder levels and translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions, while applying rigorous project management skills to coordinate internal teams and handle high-volume opportunities without letting anything slip through the cracks.
Requirements:
- Channel Strategy Experience: Strong background in SaaS Partnerships, sales, or GTM, specifically within CRM, Marketing, PM tools, or Integrations/Automation.
- Co-Selling Mastery: You have a proven ability to navigate large partner organizations, influence their sales teams, and drive co-sell motions that result in revenue.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Experience working with Monday.com or AWS sellers or customers is a distinct advantage.
- Relationship Superpower: You are genuinely extroverted and enjoy meeting people. You have a proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain it.
- Strategic & Operational: You can switch between high-level strategy (planning FY27 growth) and tactical execution (running a hackathon or solving a partner conflict).
- Exceptional Communication: You must be able to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong project management and time-management skills are essential to handle the high volume of activity in this role.
- Proactive Mindset: You are high-energy, self-motivated, and quick to share information rather than gatekeep it.
