Influencer Marketing Intern (Affiliate & Influencer)

This role blends creative judgment with operational excellence. You’ll help the team source creators, keep campaigns on track, and turn performance data into insights that improve future work.
What you’ll do
Creator sourcing and research
- Research and identify creators aligned with campaign goals and audience fit
- Build and maintain creator lists and databases (platform, niche, geography, content style)
- Track trends, emerging creators, and competitor activity
Outreach and relationship support
- Support outreach, follow-ups, and creator communication
- Keep status tracking and communication organized and reliable
Campaign coordination
- Support campaign execution from setup to wrap-up
- Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and usage rights
- Keep trackers and internal documentation up to date
Reporting and analytics
- Track campaign results across creators, platforms, and formats
- Maintain performance data in spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Help identify patterns and takeaways from results
What we are looking for
- Strong understanding of major social and creator platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn; Reddit is a plus)
- Strong research skills and ability to assess creator fit beyond surface metrics
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and numbers
- Clear written English for outreach and internal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organization across multiple moving parts
- Genuine interest in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital culture
