What you’ll do
- Support Talent Acquisition and People Operations projects across the People Team
- Help streamline hiring and people processes by improving templates, tracking, and coordination
- Experiment with AI and automation to make HR workflows more efficient and scalable
- Collaborate with teammates across the company and learn how a growing tech organization hires and builds culture
What you’ll gain

What we are looking for
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- AI literacy and curiosity about new tools and smarter ways of working
- Platform fluency (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with people, communication, and coordination

You won’t just observe HR — you’ll actively help shape how it works in a modern tech company. Our team experiments with AI, automation, and new tools to make people processes smarter and more scalable. You’ll get to test ideas, try new approaches, and quickly see what works.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the company, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing tech organization hires, collaborates, and builds culture.
