To achieve that, we created the 'Last modified' field of type 'Last modified time' and chose to watch updates in the 'Preliminary status' field only. Use this template to automatically add a new Mailchimp subscriber and send an Email if the job applicant (see the Airtable base) is not suitable, and create an Asana task and upload the resume to a Google Drive folder if the applicant is suitable.
