How to setup Google Gemini AI and Telegram Bot in 5 easy steps
Set up your Google Cloud Platform project
Before you can use Google Gemini AI with Make, you'll need to create a project in Google Cloud Platform. Simply log in with your Google account, click on 'Create or select a project', then choose 'New project'. Give it a name and location, click 'Create', and make sure your new project is selected from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Get your Google Gemini API key
Once your project is ready, head over to Google AI Studio and click 'Get API key', then 'Create API key'. Select your Google Cloud project from the list and choose 'Create API key in existing project'. Copy the API key that appears and save it somewhere safe—you'll need this to connect Google Gemini AI to Make in the next step.
Connect Google Gemini AI to Make
Log in to your Make account and add a Google Gemini AI module to your automation. Click 'Create a connection' and a form will appear where you can optionally name your connection. Paste the API key you saved earlier into the 'API Key' field, then click 'Save' to complete the connection and follow any additional prompts that appear.

With your bot token ready, log in to Make and add a Telegram Bot module to your scenario. Click 'Create a connection' (or 'Create a webhook' then 'Create a connection' depending on your module type). Give your connection a name if you'd like, paste your bot token into the 'Token' field, and click 'Save' to finish setting up the connection.
