Grab Contact information from HubSpot CRM, push it into a Google Doc Contract Template (we used this Google Doc in the scenario) upload the compiled Contract to a designated Dropbox folder and send it as an attachment via Gmail.
This template periodically checks for new items in Monday and uses the retrieved items' information to create new templated PDF documents in Google Drive.
The template expects your Monday board to have these columns besides the default ones:
- Note as text
- Email as text
- Phone number as number
If your column set is different, you will need to spend a bit more time on template configuration. We recommend to setup a test board with the needed columns, go through the template configuration, and run the saved scenario once. After you succeed, you should be able to edit the scenario to fit your business needs with data from a real Monday board and with a real Google Docs template.
The template is using this sample Google Docs template as the source for creating the final PDFs.
The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template.
Periodically create PDF files on Google Drive files based on Betty Blocks records.
In this template, Make will create sample "training certificates" based on training attendees' information stored in Betty Blocks.
At first, the template creates temporary Google Docs documents with variable values from Betty Blocks. The documents are then recreated as PDF documents. Finally, the temporary Google Docs documents are removed from your Google Drive and only the PDF documents stay.
The template works with this Google Docs document serving as a "PDF template".
The Make template also expects your data model in Betty Blocks to have these properties:
- First Name as text
- Middle Name as text
- Last Name as text
- Phone number as text
- Email address as text
- Passed as list (yes or no)
The scenario is currently configured to run every 60 minutes, If you change the schedule, you also need to appropriately change the filter after the first module.
