You can schedule the scenario to run as you need but adjust the first filter ("only the most recent") accordingly. For example, if it runs every 6 hours, only documents modified in that time span should pass the filter. You can also easily delete the cloud storage (route) you don't want to use or replace it with a service of your preference.
