Every time you add a new row to your Google Sheets spreadsheet, Make will automatically generate a Taxpayer's Signature Code (PKP) using the EET module and post it to Slack. The template uses this example spreadsheet.
Use this template to create a Revolut draft payment to a courier and send a Slack notification once a WooCommerce order is created.
The setup of the template assumes you have your shipping and courier data stored in 2 separate Google Sheets. Sheet #1 has to include these columns: Country, Name of the courier, Shipping fee. Sheet #2 has to include these columns: Name of the courier and payment details.
To see which details are required to create a Revolut draft payment depending on the country, click here. For example, if you're creating a payment to the United Kingdom, your Sheet #2 (the one with the courier information) needs to include an Account Number and a Sort Code; for payment to Germany, it's IBAN and BIC.
When a new file is saved in Egnyte, Make checks which people should have access to the file in Google Sheets. This template in Google Sheets was used. All the files must have the naming convention "nameOfTheProject_nameOfTheFile". After the list of filtered people is retrieved, the file links are created for the people and the links are sent to their e-mails. The generated password is then sent in private message to the concrete people via Slack.
Every time a Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically validate the email output of the form with ZeroBounce. If the email status is "valid" it will add a new row to a Google Sheet and send a Slack message. This example uses the sheet in this link.
