Looking to get more out of PandaDoc? With Make you can visually integrate PandaDoc into any workflow to save time and resources — no coding required. Try any of these templates in just a few clicks.
This template will create and send PandaDoc documents according to PandaDoc templates with tokens (e.g. name, email, company) specified in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is updated afterward to indicate which documents have been sent. There are several routes that represent different PandaDoc templates (types of documents).
You have to create PandaDoc templates beforehand with your own tokens. The template uses this Google Sheets spreadsheet.
If there is a new completed PandaDoc document, Make will automatically update a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
You can schedule the scenario to run as you need but adjust the first filter ("only the most recent") accordingly. For example, if it runs every 60 minutes, only documents modified in that time span should pass the filter. The template uses this spreadsheet and can be used as an extension to this Make template.
This template creates (and sends if opted in) new PandaDoc documents from Typeform responses.
The scenario expects your Typeform to collect these values:
- Company name
- Company represented by
- Address line
- ZIP
- City
- Region/State
- Country
The template also expects your PandaDoc account to have a "document template" using these variables:
- [Client.Company]
- [Client.RepresentedBy] - a custom variable. See more info about custom variables here.
- [Client.StreetAddress]
- [Client.PostalCode]
- [Client.City]
- [Client.State]
- [Client.Country]
- [Document.CreatedDate]
