This template adds a new row into a Google Sheets spreadsheet as soon as a new survey response is collected by Refiner.
While setting up the template, you need to take a generated webhook URL from Make and use it in Integrations>Webhooks in the Refiner UI.
The template expects your Refiner survey to have these questions:
- How disappointed would you be if you could no longer use our service?
- NPS score
The template saves the responses to this sample Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can make a copy of it for testing purposes.
Note that email values from Refiner will only be passed to Google Sheets if they are available for the particular survey submission.
This template adds tags to contacts in Mailchimp based on responses collected in Refiner surveys.
The template expect your Refiner survey to have an NPS score question.
The template also expects your Mailchimp audience to have these tags available for use: NPS: 1 NPS: 2 NPS: ... NPS: 10

Note this template will only work if the "email" variable comes as a non-blank value in the Refiner submissions.
