How to setup Vapi and Zoho CRM in 5 easy steps

    Get your Vapi API key

    Before connecting Vapi to Make, you'll need an API key, which acts like a secure password for your account. Log into Vapi, go to the Build section in the sidebar, click on Vapi API Keys, and copy the Private Key shown there. If you don't see a key yet, click Add Key to create one, then copy it and keep it handy for the next step.

    Connect Vapi to Make

    In your Make account, add a Vapi module to your automation scenario. When prompted, click Create a connection and give it a name if you'd like to identify it later. Paste the API key you copied from Vapi into the API Key field, click Save, and then approve the authentication request to complete your Vapi connection.

    Add Zoho CRM to your scenario

    Next, add a Zoho CRM module to your Make scenario and click Create a connection when prompted. Remember to create only one connection to your Zoho CRM account, as multiple connections can cause issues with your modules. You can optionally name your connection for reference, then click Save to move forward.

    Authenticate your Zoho CRM connection

    After saving, Make will redirect you to Zoho's login page where you'll sign into your Zoho CRM account. This step verifies your identity and allows Make to securely access your CRM data. Log in and confirm the access permissions when asked, and Make will automatically complete the connection setup for you.
