This automation enriches Instagram leads (with professional accounts) by merging user-submitted data with live profile details. When a user submits their email and Instagram username via a form (like in this automation template: https://www.make.com/en/integration/17208-instagram-lead-magnet-automation?templatePublicId=17208 ), the system retrieves the user’s profile through the Instagram Graph API and extracts details such as bio, followers/following count, media stats, and website. For personal accounts, only the username is captured.
An AI module analyzes each profile to uncover interests, tone, and motivational drivers—turning raw profile data into actionable insights. All enriched details and AI-generated insights are stored in KlickTipp, creating a “social snippet” that supports segmentation, scoring, and personalized messaging.
The contact is added to a predefined list, with custom fields (Instagram ID, bio, AI insights) mapped for tagging and automation triggers. This enables precise, behavior-based campaigns.
