This workflow lets you scrape BBB leads, clean data, remove duplicates, store results, and auto-send emails.

1. BrowserAct – Run Workflow Build your scraping flow in BrowserAct, connect the API to Make, and it returns scraped BBB business data.

2. JSON Parse Converts raw BrowserAct JSON into a clean array.

3. Iterator – Process Each Lead Sends each business through the workflow one at a time.

4. Google Sheets – Search for Duplicates Checks if the lead already exists based on business_name.

5. Router

Duplicate → sent to Gmail (duplicate notice).

New lead → continue to add to Sheet.

6. Google Sheets – Add Row Stores all new leads.

7. Iterator – Email Only Passes only the email for validation.

8. Router – Validate Email

Invalid → update sheet: “Pending – Email not found.”

Valid → send to Gmail.

9. Gmail – Send Email Sends your preset outreach email.

10. Google Sheets – Update Status

Success → “Successfully Sent.”

Gmail error → “Error Found – Pending.”
