About
This workflow ensures full, two-way alignment between Zoho CRM and KlickTipp, keeping contact data, subscription status, and segmentation perfectly synchronized. Whenever a contact is created or updated in Zoho CRM, the workflow evaluates their subscription status, creates or updates the corresponding KlickTipp subscriber, and writes the KlickTipp Contact ID back to Zoho to maintain a reliable cross-platform link. All contact fields — such as name, phone numbers, addresses, date of birth, and email preferences - are transferred automatically, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring clean, consistent records in both systems.
The workflow also manages subscription changes: if a contact is marked as unsubscribed in Zoho, it automatically unsubscribes them in KlickTipp. If the contact remains subscribed, the workflow applies the correct segments and tags in KlickTipp based on predefined logic - including newsletter segments, customer categories, and transactional tagging. This keeps your marketing automation accurate, targeted, and responsive to CRM activity.
This automation is especially valuable for coaches, consultants, agencies, online educators, and service providers who use Zoho CRM as their primary database and KlickTipp for marketing automation. By syncing both systems in real-time, it ensures that email lists remain compliant, up-to-date, and properly segmented, while eliminating repetitive admin work and reducing the risk of human error.

FAQ
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
How it works
Traditional no-code iPaaS platforms are linear and non-intuitive. Make allows you to visually create, build, and automate without limits.
