This scenario synchronizes deletions between Salesforce and KlickTipp to keep your email list accurate and up to date.

It periodically queries Salesforce for Contact records that were deleted within the last 24 hours and still contain an email address. For each deleted Salesforce contact, the scenario checks whether a matching contact exists in KlickTipp using the email address as the identifier.

If the contact exists in KlickTipp, it is automatically deleted. If no matching contact is found, the scenario safely ignores the record and continues without interruption.

What this scenario does:

  • Pulls recently deleted contacts from Salesforce (last 24 hours)
  • Uses the email address as a unique identifier
  • Checks for contact existence in KlickTipp
  • Deletes matching contacts from KlickTipp
  • Skips contacts that do not exist to avoid errors

Benefits:

  • Keeps KlickTipp and Salesforce data fully aligned
  • Prevents sending emails to deleted or invalid contacts
  • Supports data hygiene and GDPR compliance
  • Fully automated with built-in error handling

Ideal for teams that use Salesforce as the source of truth and want to ensure that deleted contacts are consistently removed from KlickTipp without manual effort.
