This scenario monitors Salesforce Contacts for new contact creation as well as updates and ensures they are consistently synchronized with KlickTipp. If a contact does not yet exist in KlickTipp, it is created using a predefined single opt-in process, enriched with personal and address data, tagged based on Salesforce Topics, and the generated KlickTipp Contact ID is written back to Salesforce. If the contact already exists, all relevant fields (name, address, phone, birthday, etc.) are updated in KlickTipp. The scenario guarantees a clean two-system linkage, prevents duplicates, and keeps marketing data in KlickTipp fully aligned with Salesforce.
