About
Automatically queue fulfilled Shopify orders for WhatsApp review requests.
This template watches for Shopify orders that have been fulfilled (shipped) and adds them to a Google Sheet queue for delayed review requests. Use Part 2 to process the queue and send messages.
How it works:
- Triggers when a Shopify order is updated
- Filters for fulfilled orders with valid phone numbers
- Adds order to Google Sheets queue with a calculated send date
Setup required:
- Shopify store connection
- Google Sheets spreadsheet with columns: Order ID, Customer Name, Phone, Order Total, Send Date, Processed
- Configure delay days (default: 3 days after fulfillment)
Important: Install Part 2 template to process the queue and send WhatsApp messages daily.
