Identify irrelevant tags by prefix for KlickTipp contacts

This scenario calculates which KlickTipp tags should be removed from a contact by comparing a “source of truth” tag list from a 3rd-party tool with the currently relevant KlickTipp tags within a defined prefix scope.

It uses the provided prefix (for example "Zoho | ") to limit the comparison to a specific tag namespace, then returns only those KlickTipp tags that fall under this prefix but are not present in the incoming keep list.
