This template connects KlickTipp with ManyChat to enable automated multi-channel messaging through Instagram and Telegram based on KlickTipp tags.
When a contact is tagged in KlickTipp, the scenario is triggered instantly. It retrieves the contact details and current tags, then checks whether the contact has a connected Instagram or Telegram subscriber ID in ManyChat. Depending on the available channel, the scenario updates the corresponding ManyChat contact by setting a custom field, such as “KlickTipp message content,” using the value stored in KlickTipp.
Based on defined KlickTipp tags, the automation can add a specific tag in ManyChat to trigger flows, send a direct text message, or send structured messages such as text, image, video, or other supported formats. This setup allows centralized campaign and message control within KlickTipp while leveraging ManyChat for channel delivery and automation. It is ideal for tag-driven campaigns, follow-ups, transactional notifications, and scalable multi-channel engagement workflows.
