About
Large or fake SEPA donations can create extra work for fundraising teams who need to verify suspicious transactions. This template automatically checks yesterday’s SEPA donations in FundraisingBox once per day and adds donations above a configurable amount to a Google Sheet for review. If any donations meet the criteria, a Slack notification is sent so your team can investigate quickly.
Preparation: Create a Google Spreadsheet with the following columns in the first row: Donation ID, Contact ID, Amount, Currency, Donation Date, First Name, Last Name, FundraisingBox Link.
The template will automatically add new rows to this sheet when donations matching the criteria are detected.
