This workflow automatically enriches KlickTipp contact data from unstructured context using AI Agents. It accepts an email address together with source content such as a LinkedIn profile, website text, CRM note, or any other contact-related description, and extracts useful contact details like first name, last name, company name, website, job title, department, and social profile URLs. For each extracted value, the workflow also returns a quality score from 0 to 100, helping you evaluate how reliable the result is before storing it.
The enriched values are then mapped into KlickTipp contact fields, including global fields and custom fields such as LinkedIn URL, Instagram URL, Facebook URL, Job Title, or Department when configured. This workflow is especially useful for marketers, agencies, sales teams, recruiters, coaches, and service-based businesses that want to improve contact records at scale without manually reviewing every source.
Important: Adjust section 5 in the agent instructions so the AI understands your custom field mappings, or remove the example mappings if you do not use custom fields. The current confidence threshold for updating existing values is set to 70%. You can set it to a different value in the prompt.
