About
This automation creates a seamless connection between WebinarJam and KlickTipp and ensures that all webinar registrations are reliably and automatically transferred directly into your email marketing system. The process begins by retrieving your webinars and their respective attendee lists from WebinarJam.
Next, the system iterates through each registration to check if the email address is already on file in KlickTipp. Based on this check, an intelligent branching logic takes over. If it is an existing contact, their profile is smoothly updated with the new webinar-specific data. If the attendee is a new contact, they are added directly to KlickTipp using a Single Opt-In process. In both scenarios, an integrated router ensures that the contact is assigned the precise tags and custom data fields based on the exact name of the webinar they registered for.
By automating this data transfer, you keep your contact lists permanently clean and prevent duplicate entries. The greatest advantage however lies in your audience targeting, as the precise application of tags allows you to highly personalize your follow-up email campaigns in KlickTipp and tailor them exactly to the specific webinars your contacts attended.

FAQ
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
How it works
Traditional no-code iPaaS platforms are linear and non-intuitive. Make allows you to visually create, build, and automate without limits.
