Every new record in your orders table is rendered by PDF Generator API into a branded packing slip and archived to Google Drive, so picking and packing runs off a real document instead of a screen.
Prepare your Airtable table first. It needs these fields, named exactly:
Order number, Customer company, Address line 1, City, Country, Country code, Item name, SKU, Quantity
You also need a Created time field, which the trigger uses to spot new records. Airtable triggers do not work without a Created time or Last modified time field, so add one if your table has none.
One record is one packing slip with one line item. Country code is the two letter code such as DE or FR.
You also need a PDF Generator API template, which controls how the packing slip looks. Pick one during setup, or start from a free packing slip template in your account and restyle it in the drag and drop editor.
