Every time a new Cognito Forms entry is submitted, Make will automatically use the email output of the form to look up a person on Clearbit. If a result is returned it will use that data to create a new subscriber in MailerLite. If no result is returned it will use the output of the form to add the subscriber data to MailerLite.
