Send a PDF document from SharePoint or OneDrive (using OneDrive Group's Drive) for signing via PandaDoc

Every time a pdf document is uploaded to SharePoint or OneDrive group, Make will automatically upload it to PandaDoc and send it for signing.
The template works for pdf documents that have either 1 signature form field named "signature" or 2 signature form fields named "signature1" and "signature2" for 1 and 2 signers respectively. The name of the document has to be in the following format.
