Every time a chat is either finished or missed in your HappyFox Chat, Make will add new rows with information on it in your Google Sheets. Make sure your table has got the same columns as (this one)[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12d67if3-tWBp9hB4qwE7T0lNcepCvkfYFJE0U48gxrs/edit?usp=sharing] before configuring and running the scenario.
