Create a new call log in Salesflare from a new call in RingCentral
This template regularly checks for new calls in RingCentral and uses the retrieved information to create new call logs in Salesflare on contact level.
Your Salesflare account needs to have a custom field called "RingCentral Calls" as long text on the contact level.
The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking on the clock icon on the first module.
