By using a mailhook and creating a forwarding rule in your email client, you can automatically send emails that answer the criteria you set up and produce a work order out of them. Additionally, the automation will lookout for attachments and upload them to OneDrive in case there are any + create a comment in the work order containing the link to view those attachments.
