As a Product and Growth Operations Intern, you will be a key internal partner, helping our teams scale their efforts by improving processes and providing data-driven insights. You’ll support the Product team in understanding customer needs and the Growth team in driving key metrics like activation and adoption. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing SaaS company operates and uses data to make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Operations: Assist in collecting and synthesizing customer feedback from various channels (e.g., support, sales, community forums) to provide actionable insights to Product Managers.
- Analyze Growth Metrics: Monitor and analyze key growth funnels and metrics, such as user activation, feature adoption, and retention.
- Improve Internal Processes: Help document and optimize internal workflows for the Product and Growth teams, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
- Build Dashboards & Reports: Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Light Automation: Gain hands-on experience with the Make platform to build internal no-code automation workflows for data reporting, notifications, and other operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent or a new graduate within 12 months.
- Proactive, hands-on, and a quick learner with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about operations, data, and emerging technology including, automation, and AI.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Make’s no-code automation platform.
- Curiosity to learn more about data analysis, process optimization, and using business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a bonus.
- A strong willingness to learn is more important than meeting every single requirement, especially if you lack experience in a particular area mentioned.
