We support non-partisan, cause-based entities by providing the platform and credits needed to automate manual tasks. By prioritizing missions with a broad community reach—including those in under-resourced areas - we help you reclaim time to drive long-term, positive change.

Eligibility Criteria
Our program is designed to help NGOs maximize their impact by automating processes and streamlining operations. The following criteria ensure our resources are used effectively and ethically to create lasting change. Though we can’t support every initiative, we appreciate and commend the work of all NGOs and encourage those who don’t meet the criteria to stay connected for future opportunities.

- You are supporting sustainability, or advancing other meaningful causes.
- You are a certified nonprofit with official registration in your country.
- You operate year-round, ensuring the long-term adoption of automation.
- You have measurable results from past programs or initiatives.
- You are neutral and inclusive, with no political or religious affiliations.

To uphold the principles of our program, we can only accept organizations that meet all the established criteria. If your organization doesn’t meet these requirements, we encourage you to explore our free plan or consider our paid options to find the best fit for your needs.
We prioritize neutrality to maintain broad accessibility and fairness for all organizations. As part of this commitment, we do not offer free licenses to organizations with political or religious affiliations to ensure impartiality and avoid any potential bias.
Currently, our program does not extend to schools or educational institutions. However, if you're a school or university interested in teaching no-code and automation skills, we encourage you to explore our Make Academic Alliance offering.
Please apply using the email address associated with your active Make account. If you don't have one yet, simply create a free account first. We recommend waiting two days after sign-up before submitting your NGO application to ensure your account status has synced across our systems.
We aim to review applications within a few working days. You’ll receive an email once we’ve made a decision.
Yes. If your NGO didn’t meet the criteria before but now does, you’re welcome to reapply.
You will receive reminder emails one month and one week before the expiration date of your license. These emails will contain a direct link to reapply. As long as our eligibility criteria remain the same and your organization’s status as an NGO hasn't changed, you can submit your reapplication through that link to extend your license.
Renewals are granted provided you continue to meet our eligibility criteria, though please note that all renewals are granted at our sole discretion. During the reapplication process, we may ask you to furnish updated documentation to verify your Non-governmental Organization (NGO) status or other supporting evidence of your eligibility.

Generally, no. Our NGO program is designed to provide future support through a free 12-month license. Refunding current or past subscription fees is typically outside the scope of this program.
