Add Glide module and create a webhook
Start by adding a Glide module to your Make scenario and look for the option to create a webhook. A webhook is like a communication bridge that allows Glide to automatically send information to Make whenever something happens in your app, enabling the two platforms to work together.
Configure and save your webhook connection
Select your Glide connection from the available options to link your account securely to Make. Once configured, save your webhook settings and copy the unique webhook address that appears—this special URL is what Glide will use to send data to Make, similar to a delivery address for information.
Access your Glide app
Log into your Glide account and navigate to the Apps section in the sidebar to view your applications. Select the app you want to connect to Make, or create a new app by providing a name, choosing the app type, and selecting a data source to get started.
Set up an action trigger in Glide
Inside your Glide app, go to the Actions section and create a new action by clicking on an item you want to use as a trigger, such as a button or form. This defines what event in your app will cause data to be sent to Make through the webhook connection.
Connect the webhook to complete setup
In the action configuration, search for and select 'Trigger webhook' from the dropdown menu, then add a new webhook. Give it a descriptive name, paste the webhook URL you copied from Make earlier, and save—your Glide app will now automatically send data to Make whenever the specified action occurs.
