Connect Google Analytics 4 and Perplexity AI integrations

Add your app module to Make

Log into your Make account and open the scenario where you want to work. Search for the app you want to connect, such as Google Analytics 4 or Perplexity AI, and add its module to your workflow. Once the module appears, click the 'Create a connection' button to start linking the app to Make.

Name your connection

When the connection setup window appears, you'll see a field where you can give your connection a name. Choose something descriptive that will help you identify this connection later, especially if you use the same app multiple times. A clear name makes it much easier to manage your automations as they grow.

Gather your app credentials

Before you can finish connecting your app in Make, you need to collect specific information from the app itself. For Google Analytics 4, you'll need to find your Property ID in your account's Admin section. For Perplexity AI, you'll need to generate an API key from your account settings. Have this information ready to enter into Make.

Enter your credentials and save

Return to Make's connection window and paste in the credentials you gathered from your app. Type your Property ID for Google Analytics 4 or your API key for Perplexity AI into the appropriate field. Double-check that everything is correct, then click the 'Save' button to store your connection details securely.

Complete authentication and start automating

After saving, you may need to log into your app one more time to authorize Make's access to your data. Follow any prompts that appear and click 'Allow' to grant the necessary permissions. Once complete, your connection will be active and ready to use in your automation workflows, enabling data to flow between your connected apps.
