How to setup Microsoft 365 Email (Outlook) and Mistral AI in 5 easy steps
Add your app module in Make

Start creating your connection
Click the 'Create a connection' button that appears after adding your app module. This opens a setup window where you'll enter the information needed to link Make with your application. You can optionally give your connection a custom name to help you identify it later when managing multiple connections.
Understand your app's authentication method
Different apps use different ways to connect with Make. Some apps like Microsoft 365 Email let you log in directly with your account credentials. Other apps like Mistral AI require an API key, which is a unique code that acts like a password to securely connect Make to your app.
Get your API key if needed
If your app requires an API key, log into your app's website and look for the API Keys or Developer Settings section. Create a new API key by clicking the appropriate button and giving it a name. Copy the entire key immediately and store it safely, as many apps only show it once for security reasons.
Complete and save your connection
Return to Make and paste your API key into the connection setup window if required, making sure to include the entire key without extra spaces. Click the Save button to establish the connection. You may need to confirm permissions one final time, and then your connection will be ready to use in your automation scenarios.
