How to setup OpenAI (ChatGPT, Sora, DALL-E, Whisper) and Google Analytics 4 in 5 easy steps
Get your Google Analytics Property ID
Sign into your Google Analytics 4 account and click on Admin in the left sidebar. Navigate to Property and select Property details, then copy your Property ID from the upper-right corner. You'll need this number to connect Make to your specific Google Analytics property.
Add Google Analytics 4 to your Make scenario
Log into your Make account and open the automation scenario you want to build. Add a Google Analytics 4 module to your workflow, which will automatically prompt you to set up a new connection between Make and Google Analytics.
Create and name your connection
When the connection setup appears, click the Create a connection button to begin linking Make with your Google Analytics account. Give your connection a clear, memorable name so you can easily identify it later, especially if you manage multiple Google Analytics accounts.
Enter your Property ID and save
Paste the Property ID you copied from Google Analytics into the designated field in Make. This tells Make exactly which Google Analytics property to access. Click Save to store your connection settings and move to the authentication step.
Authorize Make to access Google Analytics
A popup window will appear asking you to sign in with your Google account. Enter your credentials and review the permissions Make is requesting. Click Allow to grant Make access to your Google Analytics data, and you're ready to start automating your analytics workflows.
