Get your API key from HeyGen
Log into your HeyGen account and navigate to your profile settings by clicking your name in the upper left corner. Go to 'Subscriptions & API' in the sidebar, then click on 'HeyGen API' to find your API Token. Copy this unique code and store it safely, as you'll need it to connect HeyGen with Make.
Open Make and add HeyGen to your workflow
Log into your Make account and go to your scenario builder where you create automations. Search for HeyGen in the module library and select the action you want to use. This will automatically prompt you to set up a connection between Make and your HeyGen account.
Start the connection process
When you add the HeyGen module to your workflow, you'll see a button labeled 'Create a connection'. Click this button to begin linking your HeyGen account with Make. This connection allows the two platforms to communicate and work together in your automated workflows.
Enter your API key
A connection form will appear on your screen asking for details. Paste the API Token you copied from HeyGen into the 'API Key' field. You can also give your connection a descriptive name to help you remember what it's for, though this is optional.
Save and activate your connection
Click the 'Save' button to finalize the connection between HeyGen and Make. If you see any confirmation prompts, simply confirm that you want to allow Make to access your HeyGen account. Once saved, your connection is active and ready to use in all your automated scenarios.
