How to setup Perplexity AI and Google Workspace Admin in 5 easy steps
Access your Perplexity AI API settings
Log into your Perplexity AI account and click on the Settings icon next to your username at the top of the page. From the menu on the left, select the API option to access the area where you can create your connection key.
Set up a new API group and add payment details
Create a new API group by filling in the required information and clicking Save. You'll then need to enter your payment information, which will be stored for future use but won't result in any immediate charges.
Generate your API key in Perplexity AI
Navigate to the API Keys tab within the API Portal and click the Create Key button. This will generate a special code that acts like a secure password, allowing Make to safely connect with your Perplexity AI account.
Copy and securely store your API key
Once your key appears on screen, copy the API Key value immediately. Keep this code in a safe place like a password manager, as you'll need it to complete the connection setup in Make.
Connect Perplexity AI to Make
Open your Make scenario and add a Perplexity AI module. Click Create a connection, give it a memorable name if desired, then paste your API key into the API Key field and click Save to complete the connection.
