How to setup Perplexity AI and Google Sheets in 5 easy steps
Add your app module to Make
Log into your Make account and open your automation scenario. Find the app you want to connect, such as Perplexity AI or Google Sheets, and click on it to add its module to your workflow. This module acts as a building block that allows Make to communicate with your chosen application.
Start creating the connection
Once you've added the module, click the 'Create a connection' button that appears. This button opens the gateway for Make and your app to share information securely. You can optionally give your connection a memorable name to help you identify it later, especially when managing multiple connections.
Get your API key or credentials
For apps like Perplexity AI, you'll need an API key from the service. Log into your account on that platform, go to the settings or API section, and copy your API key. For apps like Google Sheets, you'll use your regular login credentials instead of an API key.
Enter your authentication details
Paste your API key into the designated field in Make, or click the sign-in button to authenticate with your username and password.
