How to setup Perplexity AI and RSS in 5 easy steps
Access your Perplexity AI API settings
Log into your Perplexity AI account and click on the Settings icon next to your username. From the left sidebar, select the API option to access the area where you'll create the key that connects Perplexity AI to Make.
Generate your API key in Perplexity AI
In the API section, create a new API group and add your payment information when prompted. Then navigate to the API Keys tab and click the Create Key button to generate your unique API key, which acts like a secure password for the connection.
Copy and securely store your API key
Once your API key appears on screen, copy it immediately and save it in a safe place like a password manager. You'll need this key in the next steps, and it's important to keep it secure since it provides access to your Perplexity AI account.
Add Perplexity AI to your Make scenario
Open your Make account and go to the scenario where you want to use Perplexity AI. Add a Perplexity AI module to your workflow, then click the Create a connection button to start linking the two services together.
Complete the connection in Make
Give your connection a descriptive name to help you identify it later. Paste the API key you copied from Perplexity AI into the API Key field in Make, then click Save to finalize the connection and start using Perplexity AI in your automation workflows.
