How to setup Perplexity AI and Spotify in 5 easy steps
Access your Perplexity AI API settings
Log into your Perplexity AI account and click on the Settings icon next to your username. In the left sidebar, find and click on the API option where you'll manage your connection settings. This is where you'll get the credentials needed to link Perplexity AI with Make.
Generate your API key
In the API Portal, navigate to the API Keys tab and click the Create Key button. This generates a unique code that acts like a secure password, allowing Make to safely communicate with your Perplexity AI account. Copy this key immediately and store it in a safe place like a password manager, as you'll need it in the next steps.
Add a Perplexity AI module in Make
Log into your Make account and open the automation scenario where you want to use Perplexity AI. Add a Perplexity AI module to your workflow, then click the Create a connection button. This is where you'll link the two applications together so they can work as one automated system.
Enter your API credentials
Give your connection a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later. Then paste the API key you copied from Perplexity AI into the API Key field in Make. This key authenticates the connection and establishes secure communication between the two platforms.
Save and activate your connection
