Globant uses Make to connect powerful AI tools with clients' business systems

By partnering with Make, Globant integrates its AI-powered accelerator tools with clients' systems, making automation effortless and driving operational efficiency across industries.

Globant

Globant is a global tech company with 29,000 employees in 33 countries specializing in AI-driven digital transformation. It helps businesses in industries such as gaming, finance, and entertainment optimize operations and improve customer experiences.

Globant developed Globant X based on AI accelerators to drive this transformation, AI-powered tools that speed up clients’ software development, automate their workflows, and optimize enterprise processes. These tools include Globant Enterprise AI to build Corporate Agentics Systems, GeneXus for low-code development, MagnifAI for testing, and Navigate for process optimization, all of which combine an Agentic System for the Software Development Life Cycle.

By partnering with Make, Globant achieved a seamless connection between the accelerators and the clients’ business systems. Fede Cosentino, Head of Sales Products & Platforms, explains how Make’s platform simplified the integration and implementation of the accelerators, eliminating the need for clients to develop custom solutions and helping them enhance workflows and scale efficiently.

Partnering with Make has allowed Globant Enterprise AI to quickly prototype and validate AI-powered use cases, accelerating the path from concept to scalable solutions. By combining Make’s flexibility with our technology, we’ve seamlessly integrated with clients’ systems and unlocked efficiencies that were previously out of reach. It’s a collaboration where both sides truly amplify each other’s impact.

The Challenge

As Globant broadened the application of its AI capabilities across industries, it identified an opportunity to enhance the way its Globant X AI accelerators integrated with clients' existing enterprise ecosystems, without relying on extensive custom development.

To support efficient AI adoption, Globant looked to implement a flexible and scalable approach that would seamlessly connect its automation solutions with widely used platforms such as CRMs, marketing tools, and sales management systems.

The ambition went beyond technical integration. It was about enabling a smoother experience across marketing, sales, and development workflows, while also giving non-technical teams the ability to create and manage AI-driven processes without writing code. This approach would help unlock broader value from AI faster.

The solution

Globant initially partnered with Make through its AI Marketing studio (Globant GUT) to streamline workflows for McDonald’s, marking their first joint client. After a successful implementation, the collaboration expanded across Spain, Italy, and Germany, showing how seamlessly Make could integrate with Globant’s AI-powered solutions across different markets.

This partnership creates a user-friendly visual automation platform that helps clients accelerate innovation by quickly prototyping and validating use cases across multiple domains with AI-powered assistance. It also automated its clients' marketing and sales workflows, using AI-driven customer data processing to improve campaign efficiency.

Using Make is seamless. I am not a tech person, and I’m using it daily. Make also has an excellent and strong team that is open to helping us with any solution we design. Combining Make’s automation platform with our AI accelerators, we’re not just speeding up processes; we’re empowering clients to innovate and scale faster than ever.
