Make & Alegria Group helped Daxium save 50 days per year on manual data management
Read how our solution partner Alegria Group implemented Make into Daxium’s workflows, saving up to $20k in costs on custom development while boosting data quality and customer satisfaction.

Industry: IT - Software and SaaS
Use case: Master Data Management
Country: France
Apps used: Microsoft 365 Email (Outlook), Microsoft SharePoint Online, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Dropbox
French firm Daxium provides a no-code web and mobile platform that helps companies digitize and coordinate the work of field teams (salespeople, technicians, auditors, and more) quickly and seamlessly. The company was struggling with duplicated data, disconnected systems, and slow communication between the field and the office. This was causing mistakes and declining customer satisfaction. They turned to Alegria Group, a no-code AI automation agency and our solution partner, to implement Make and automate Daxium’s internal processes.
Yann de Saint, the Founder and CEO of Daxium, tells the story of how they saved time and money while boosting their customers’ happiness.
“Make is like a Lego box. You connect different blocks and build anything. A tower, a car, a house. For us, it’s the same with workflows: we can design new scenarios quickly and easily, and our customers immediately see the value.”
The challenges Before Make, Daxium was struggling with three main challenges.
Fragmented internal systems
With offices across France and Dubai and teams working in 12 languages, Daxium relied on a growing stack of tools like CRM, finance systems, Microsoft Office, marketing platforms, support software, and more. Data was often entered more than once, creating duplicates, inconsistencies, and wasted effort.
“It was a real headache. You never knew if the data had been updated elsewhere.”
Limited customer integrations
Daxium’s platform powers more than 30,000 field technicians, auditors, and maintenance workers in 60+ countries. While its form builders, workflows, and dashboards helped customers manage data, clients increasingly needed integrations with tools like SharePoint, Outlook, Zendesk, and Dropbox. Building thousands of native connectors was impossible, leaving gaps in customer workflows.
Missed opportunities for real-time communication
Frontline workers required fast, automated communication with customers. For example, maintenance technicians needed to notify clients of their arrival by SMS, while project managers needed weekly reports shared directly in SharePoint. Without automation, these tasks were slow, manual, and prone to error.
The solution
To solve Daxium’s issues, Alegria Group helped them implement Make’s automation. Here’s what they’ve done.
Centralizing internal workflows
Daxium first used Make to automate its own operations. By connecting marketing, finance, and Microsoft tools, they removed the risk of data duplication and created a single flow of information across departments. For example, a sales update captured in the CRM is instantly available to the finance team, while new marketing leads are routed directly to the right account manager without a single copy-paste.
This integration also transformed how customer feedback and issues are handled. When a client reports a bug, the information is automatically distributed to the support team, the account manager, and relevant project managers. As a result, the right people can act immediately, solving issues faster, keeping customers informed, and ensuring no detail is ever overlooked.
“Make distributes information to the right people, whether sales, project managers, or support, without anyone forgetting a step. It’s like having an invisible assistant making sure nothing falls through the cracks.”
Growing possibilities without extra development
Instead of building hundreds of new integrations, Daxium used Make’s built-in apps. By linking its API to Make, Daxium could extend its platform’s capabilities straight away, without writing a single new line of code. Customers can now automatically send field reports to SharePoint, update CRM records, or trigger workflows in Zendesk, all via Daxium’s API connected through Make. To clients, these automations feel like brand-new Daxium features, without requiring additional coding or costly development projects.
“For customers, it feels like Daxium suddenly added hundreds of new features. In reality, Make is powering the connections in the background. It’s faster, cheaper, and adds real value immediately.”
Enabling real-time notifications and reports
Daxium also created automations to support frontline operations. Maintenance technicians can trigger SMS notifications to customers before arriving on-site. Managers receive automatic Monday morning emails with a full list of upcoming visits. Customers can even track interventions in real time via Google Sheets that update with every technician’s entry.
“Adding a Google Sheet line might look simple. For our customers, it’s a huge value. They immediately see updates from the field without asking anyone for a report.”
The results
By embedding Make into both internal processes and customer-facing workflows, Daxium saw impressive results:
50 days saved annually on internal data management by removing manual exports, imports, and duplicate entries.
Avoiding $15,000 to $20,000 in costs for custom development projects
Improved data quality and reliability, with fewer errors and no lost information.
Higher customer satisfaction, thanks to faster responses from account managers and real-time communication from technicians.
“Before, we lost time and sometimes we even lost data. Now we’ve saved almost 50 days a year just by automating simple flows. That’s 50 days our people can spend on customer value instead of cleaning spreadsheets.”
Conclusion
For Daxium, Make has become more than just an automation tool. It’s a way to elevate both internal efficiency and customer experience. By partnering with Alegria Group in integrating Make, Daxium can now promise its clients a fully connected ecosystem without additional development effort.
As a further development, Daxium has now integrated its no-code platform in the Make environment. Daxium Air is also now a technology partner application. The integration of Daxium’s no-code platform represents a great opportunity for all Daxium clients, many of whom are large international accounts.
