This template adds DeepKeep's AI Firewall as a security wrapper around your customer support chatbot. Incoming messages are scanned for prompt injection attacks and policy violations before reaching the LLM. The AI response is then scanned again before delivery. Clean responses are returned automatically via webhook; flagged responses create a Zendesk ticket for human review.
Use case: Any customer-facing AI support bot that handles sensitive queries.
Modules: Webhook → DeepKeep Create Conversation → DeepKeep Check Input → OpenAI → DeepKeep Check Input → Router (Webhook Response | Zendesk Create Ticket)
