How to setup Perplexity AI and Salesforce in 5 easy steps
Get your Perplexity AI API key
Sign into your Perplexity AI account and click the Settings icon next to your username. Navigate to the API section in the left sidebar, create a new API group by filling in the required information, then go to the API Keys tab and click Create Key. Copy this key immediately and store it safely, as you'll need it to connect Perplexity AI with Make.
Connect Perplexity AI to Make
Log into your Make account and open or create an automation scenario. Add a Perplexity AI module to your scenario and click the Create a connection button. In the connection setup window, paste your API key into the API Key field and optionally give your connection a memorable name to help you identify it later. Click Save to complete the connection.
Add a Salesforce module in Make
Return to your Make account and add a Salesforce module to your automation scenario. When prompted, click the Create a connection button to start linking Salesforce with Make.
