How to setup Trello and OpenAI (ChatGPT, Sora, DALL-E, Whisper) in 5 easy steps
Open your Make scenario and add Trello
Log into your Make account and create a new scenario or open an existing one. Then, find Trello in the list of available apps and add a Trello module to your workspace. A module is an action block that tells Trello what to do, like creating a card or tracking updates.
Start creating your connection
Once you've added the Trello module, look for the Connection field and click the 'Add' button next to it. This begins the process of linking Make with your Trello account so they can communicate with each other. You can optionally give your connection a memorable name to help you identify it later.
Log in to your Trello account
After clicking 'Save' on the connection screen, a new window will appear asking you to log in to Trello. Enter your Trello username and password to verify your identity. This security step ensures that only you can authorize Make to work with your Trello boards and cards.
Authorize Make to access your Trello data
Once logged in, Trello will ask for your permission to let Make access your account. Click the 'Allow' button to grant this authorization. This permission allows Make to perform actions in Trello on your behalf, such as creating cards or organizing your boards automatically.
Complete the connection and start automating
After authorizing access, you'll be redirected back to Make and your connection will be established. You'll see your new connection appear in the Connection field, confirming that Make and Trello are now linked.
