Kintone

With Kintone modules in Make, you can manage the records, comments, and upload files in your Kintone account.

To use the Kintone modules, you must have a Kintone account. You can create an account at kintone.com.

Refer to the Kintone API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect Kintone to Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a Kintone module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. In the Connection Type field, select Kintone.

    Note

    Kintone Guest type connection is for non-Kintone users that can communicate with external members in collaborative project. It requires your private space ID. For more information, refer to Kintone Developer Program.

  3. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  4. In the Subdomain field, enter your personal Kintone's subdomain.

    Note: If your Kintone URL is https://example.kintone.com/ enter example.

  5. In the Username and Password fields, enter your Kintone account's login credentials.

  6. In the Domain Name section, select your Kintone URL's domain.

  7. Click Save.

  8. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Kintone modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
