Instantly

With Instantly modules in Make, you can manage the leads and entries in your blocklists in your Instantly account.

To use the Instantly modules, you must have an Instantly account. Your account must be on the Hypergrowth plan (or above) to access the API key required for connection. You can create an account at app.instantly.ai/auth/signup.

Refer to the Instantly API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect Instantly to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

  1. Obtain your API key in Instantly.

  2. Establish the connection in Make.

Obtain your API key in Instantly

Note

You need to be on the Hypergrowth plan (or above) to be able to access the API key.

To obtain your API key from your Instantly account:

  1. Log in to your Instantly account.

  2. In the upper right corner, click your account icon and choose Settings.

  3. Click Integrations > Copy API Key. Store your API key in a safe place.

You will use this value in the API Key field in Make.

Establish the connection with Instantly in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add an Instantly module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.

  4. Click Save.

  5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Instantly modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Set Up Instantly Webhooks

This app uses webhooks to trigger a scenario when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an instant tag next to their name.

To set up a webhook, follow these steps:

  1. Add an Instantly instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.

  2. Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.

  3. Click Save > Copy address to clipboard.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Log in to your Instantly account.

  6. In the upper right corner, click your account icon and choose Settings.

  7. Click Integrations > Webhooks > Add Webhook.

  8. In the Add Webhook field, add the webhook you copied from Make.

  9. Choose your Campaign and Event Type and click Add Webhook.

Instantly will now send data to Make through the webhook when the selected event occurs.
