ezeep Blue Printing

With ezeep Blue Printing modules in Make, you can print files and retrieve file statuses.

To use the ezeep Blue Printing modules, you must have an ezeep Blue account with assigned printers. You can create an account at ezeep.com.

Refer to the ezeep Blue API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect ezeep Blue Printing to Make

To connect your ezeep Blue Printing account to Make, you must do the following:

Connect and Enable your ezeep Blue Printers

To connect your printer to the ezeep Cloud and enable it:

  1. Log in to your ezeep Blue account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click on the Quick Start tab.

  3. In the Welcome to ezeep Blue section, go to Step 1 Connect Printers and click on the Download button.

  4. Run the installer on a Windows PC or the server where the printers are installed.

    Note: If you don't have access to a Windows PC or if you are eliminating print servers but still need to print from a remote location, you can add a printer using the ezeep Hub Connector and then continue to Step 6 to enable the printer.

  5. When prompted, enter your ezeep Blue admin credentials.

  6. Return to your ezeep Blue account and click on Printers in the left sidebar.

  7. Locate the printer you want to enable and click on the toggle next to the printer's name to enable it.

  8. To print a test page, click on the Print Now button at the bottom of the left sidebar.

You have successfully connected and enabled your printer and can now establish the connection in Make.

Establish the Connection in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a ezeep Blue Printing module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Click Save.

  4. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more ezeep Blue Printing modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
